Corporate or Organizational Membership Levels & Benefits

MANY offers various levels of Corporate or Organizational Membership which is required to qualify an organization to exhibit at the MANY Annual Conference. Memberships are renewed annually. Membership levels, benefits and forms can be found here.

Exhibitor Opportunities

Commercial Organization  $550 MANY Member
Non-Profit Organization  $400 MANY Member

Exhibitor Benefits Include:

  • A Space in our Exhibitors Area on Monday, April 3rd & 4th, 2017
  • One complimentary conference registration (additional staff may register at the Discounted Presenter Rate)
  • Your organization’s listing on the conference website
  • Face-time with over 250 museum professionals
  • Listing on the Exhibitor Recognition Board
  • Listing in the Exhibitors section of the Conference Program

Exhibit Hall Logistics

  • The Exhibit Hall will be open from 7:30am-4pm on Monday, April 3rd & 4th
  • You may begin setting up your exhibit at 7am on Monday, April 3rd
  • Please note: there is no security in the exhibit hall
  • MANY conference staff will be onsite by 7:30am on Monday. We ask that you have your exhibit set-up by 7:45am Monday.
  • We will have a table for each exhibitor; however they will not be assigned and will be taken on a first-come basis.
  • There are electrical outlets throughout the Exhibit Hall.
  • Each Exhibitor will have a skirted 6’ long table and a pair of chairs.

Exhibit Hall Schedule

Monday, April 3rd
8am – Exhibit Hall opens, Continental Breakfast buffet in Exhibit Hall
9:30-9:45am – Break
11-11:15am – Break
3:15-3:45 – Break, refreshments served in Exhibit Hall

Tuesday, April 4th
8am - Exhibit Hall opens, Continential breakfast buffet in Exhibit Hall
Noon - Exhibit Hall breakdown
